These terms explain the rules for using BadMan. By using the app, you agree to them.

What BadMan does
BadMan is a casual organization and scoring aid for badminton sessions. It is not an official tournament, referee, ranking, or league record. Organizers and players remain responsible for checking pairings, scores, venue rules, and safety.
Who may use it
You must be legally able to accept these terms. If you use BadMan for a club, venue, team, or other organization, you confirm that you are allowed to do so on its behalf. A parent or guardian should supervise use by a child where required.
Names and participant information
You control what you enter. Use only information you are entitled to use, tell participants when appropriate, and prefer initials or nicknames when full names are unnecessary. Do not enter sensitive or harmful content.
Local storage and backups
BadMan is offline-first and stores sessions on the device. We do not promise cloud recovery. Data may be lost when the app is uninstalled, storage is cleared, the device is lost or damaged, an update fails, or a backup does not contain the data. Keep any separate record you cannot afford to lose.
Acceptable use
Do not use BadMan unlawfully, to harass or mislead people, to violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, to interfere with the app or its providers, or to distribute malicious code. Do not attempt to bypass security or use automated access that harms the service.
License and ownership
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BadMan for lawful personal, club, venue, or organizational badminton sessions. BadMan’s software, brand, artwork, and original content belong to Pelita Kode or its licensors. Open-source components remain under their own licenses.
Third-party services
BadMan may use platform stores, Firebase, Sentry, Vercel, operating-system backup services, and email providers. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services. We are not responsible for a third-party service outside our reasonable control.
Changes and availability
We may fix, update, change, suspend, or discontinue BadMan or a feature. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or permanent availability. Updates may be required for security or store compatibility.
No warranties
To the extent allowed by law, BadMan is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Pelita Kode is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data losses arising from BadMan. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent the law permits. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Ending use
You may stop using BadMan at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, provider requirements, or a serious breach of these terms. Terms that by nature should continue will survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as BadMan changes. We will update the date above and provide any additional notice required by law. Continuing to use BadMan after an effective update means you accept the revised terms where permitted.

Please contact support@pelitakode.id first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not remove any mandatory right or forum available to you under applicable law.
