How do I start a session?
Create a session, choose singles or doubles, set the court count, add players, and start. You can leave rounds open-ended or plan a fixed number and add more later.
How does the score counter work?
Open Count from a playing court. The counter can rotate to landscape, add and undo points, switch sides, and save the result back to the local session.
Where is my session data?
Session and player details are stored in BadMan’s local database on your device. BadMan has no account or cloud sync. Your operating system may include app data in a device backup, depending on your settings.
How do I delete all local data?
The current version has no in-app delete-all control. On iPhone or iPad, uninstall BadMan rather than offload it; offloading can retain app data. On Android, clear BadMan’s storage or uninstall it. Delete any device backup separately if you do not want it restored later.
Can support recover a lost session?
No. Because BadMan has no account or cloud sync, we do not hold a copy of local sessions. A device backup may help only if it included BadMan’s data.
How do I change analytics or crash reports?
Open Settings → Privacy controls. Usage analytics and crash reports have separate On or Off controls, and a change applies to future collection on that installation.
How do I report a problem?
Use the email button below. Describe the smallest set of steps that reproduces the issue. Do not send a roster, exact scores, or personal details unless they are essential.
Include your device model, operating-system version, BadMan version, what you did, and what happened. Avoid including player names, scores, or identifying screenshots unless needed.
We read support mail as capacity allows and do not promise a specific response time. If the app is unavailable, your venue’s normal safety and scoring procedures still apply.
Email BadMan supportCan I change language or appearance?
Yes. BadMan includes 32 offline languages and light, dark, or system appearance from Settings. A right-to-left language may reload the app to apply its layout direction.
